I started my journey with The Chop House in August 2009 after a friend suggested I apply as a server. I quickly fell in love with the culture and found myself moving through nearly every role: bartender, front-of-house manager, head chef, and now General Manager at our Dayton location. Working in both the kitchen and the front-of-house has shaped how I lead. I understand what sets The Chop House apart - our energy, our values, and our commitment to great food and hospitality. This comprehensive experience allows me to ensure every aspect of our Dayton restaurant delivers excellence. Outside of work, I'm an Ohio State football fan through and through. My wife and I watch every game together, and I haven't missed one since 2010.
