I began my career in the restaurant industry as a server and have grown alongside an incredible team over the years. One of the most influential parts of my journey was working under Joe Mays, whose leadership and mentorship taught me how to run a successful kitchen and lead with confidence. When Joe was promoted to corporate, I stepped into the General Manager role at The Chop House Kingsport, knowing I had big shoes to fill. I'm proud of the success our location has achieved and the strong foundation we've built together. What I enjoy most is seeing my team at their best and recognizing how far we've come. After stepping away from the industry following the birth of my first child, I eventually found my way back to restaurants with a renewed sense of purpose - thanks to a friend's encouragement. Looking back, it remains one of the best choices I've made.
